It is with great pleasure that we introduce our interpretation of authentic Italian espresso coffee. The basis for quality of any espresso coffee is the blend. This quality, which leads to excellence, starts by selecting the best raw material, that is, the coffee bean produced by an evergreen shrub of the COFFEA genus, a member of the RUBIACEAE family. Our selection is made from the two most common varieties: ARABICA and ROBUST.
Apart from being the result of a selection of the best quality coffee at the source, our espresso is also characterized by separate roasting based on the origin of the beans. We use a traditional roasting method followed by a cooling phase, rigorously done outdoors, and complete the process with a skillful blending of the beans.
